A little about Sydnie:
I grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and have called Seattle home for more than 20 years. Seattle is where I attended college, met my husband Michael, and became a mom – first to two pugs and then to two daughters, Hudson and Alexandra. We currently live in Green Lake with our Golden Retriever, Roy, but I have lived and worked in neighborhoods all over this city.
I bought my first house, a fixer-upper in Ballard when I was 23. (At the time, my friends were asking, “What the heck is Ballard?”) My dad gave me my “wedding fund” early to pay the 3% down payment. The house was a dump – the basement was flooding, there was asbestos in the ceilings, and it needed a new roof and sewer line, not to mention extensive remodel work. I love nothing more than a challenge, and my passion for looking at houses, seeing their potential and improving them continues to this day. (By the way – I never did need that wedding fund; I got married in a courthouse and used the money to remodel my kitchen!)
Why did I decide to become a Realtor?
It seemed only natural that my career path would lead me to become a Realtor. I have a long history in the client service industry. In college, I was a part-time nanny and spent my summers working in restaurants. I also spent 10 years in the medical sales industry. But my favorite job is Realtor, which allows me to combine my pleasure for working with clients and my passion for real estate.
For most people, buying a house is the biggest investment they’ll ever make. Selecting the right agent is critical. It can make or break your real estate experience. When I represent my clients in their real estate buying or selling needs, they can expect the utmost in client service. As a listing agent, I provide full services, including professional staging, magazine-quality photos and virtual 3-D tours to bring in buyers from outside the state and country. My weekends are generally spent helping clients get their houses ready for market. Additionally, I am constantly reviewing offers, which informs my own ability to write compelling and competitive offers for my buying clients.
My goal is to make this process a relationship and not a transaction. I pride myself in the quality of my relationships not only with clients, but with lenders, contractors and other real estate agents. From starting the loan process to navigating the home search to recommending electricians, landscapers or even hairdressers, I always deliver. While I’ve been fortunate to have many repeat clients, I also love working with new home buyers and those who are listing homes for the first time!
Through email, text or phone, I will provide as much communication as my clients need. I also go the extra mile for clients who want help staging their homes. Whether looking to buy or sell a home, I am ready to assist you in every step of the process. I provide exceptional real estate services in Seattle and beyond and look forward to seeing what I can do for you!
Whatever your goals in Seattle’s real estate market, I’m here to help make your home buying or selling process as easy, as efficient as FUN as possible. Call, email or text for an informational meeting, anytime.
